Hi. My daughter had bad thoughts but we have learnt to cope with them. She now hardly has them anymore. There is hope. Make sure she understands that the thoughts are not real and get her to habitualise them if she is afraid. Don't harp on them and try and let her physical hug you if she has a bad thought of you.
There is hope just don't put too much emphasis on this. My daughter only had these thoughts with no compulsions. There is hope.
