My 15 month old son has begun life as an amazing eater. He has always been on the larger size, so growing is certainly no problem either.
Over the past month however, he has decided to do what babies do, and has become a bit picky.
He seems to LOVE fruit, certain fruits on different weeks, loving and hating. Dried fruit a particular fave. And of course Bread...absolute fave.
He has days where he will like something, but only for a moment, everything gets thrown to the floor and he points at the fridge or pantry.
I understand that they know when they need food, but i cant help but be concerned that he isnt getting all the nutrients he needs.
Im confused as to what the best thing to do is....give him a meal, if it doesnt want it, just leave it at that, or keep making things til hes satisfied. Do i offer him the sweet fruit and raisins hes pointing at?
Anyone have any success stories of foods i could make to hide some veggies?
