Hi Ladies!
My husband and I had our first child 9 months ago and we are expecting again. My daughter has been so clingy and needing tons of extra attention for the past couple weeks. My question is how can I help her feel good about the new baby? What ways can I make her still feel special even when the new baby gets here? I don't want to hurt her feelings or make her feel left out.

Thanks in advance for your kind wisdom and tips.

I would say you must cuddle her lots and let her feel when the baby kicks in your stomach. Let her cuddle your tummy and say good things about her too her. Lots of stories how she and the new born are going to be friends and the new friend she's gonna have, and so on. Even though she's still very tiny, she does need the same amount attention that you give the one in your tummy, even maybe a bit more. Well, I would say lots more, because she's going to get lots less when the next one is born.
