Just be patient, Her hair will grow. Some take longer than other, I bet when it starts to grow, it will be thick and beautiful.

Hair cutting seems like it would be counterproductive, but it's not. We recently trimmed the scraggly baby hairs off the tips of my 22 month old daughter's hair. Immediately it seemed thicker and softer and more manageable. Several people (who didn't know we cut it) have even told me that it looks longer.

Has she had her first haircut? If not, as soon as you do...you will notice real people hair growing in....My son was almost 2 before he got his first haircut (becouse it just wouldn't grow) and as soon as I did...thick strands started popping up.

You child will grow and thicken her hair out when she is ready. Just feed her right and wait. My oldest daughter at age 2 still had almost no hair, and now at age 11 has enough hair to fit on 3 heads.

Well I heard that brushing what hair she already has could help stimulate the follicles.

There is also vitamin shampoos. I guess you just gotta look into it, but really you will just have to be patient. :)
