Anybody have any tips for looking for daycare for a child with possible Aspergers?

I am currently going through the process of having my daughter evaluated for Aspergers. She is enrolled in preschool 3 days a week and has had a lot of challenges (easily frustrated, rigid thinking leading to problems playing with peers and difficulty with transitions etc....). Unfortunately I am on mat leave and I have to go back to work in a couple of months. I am now in the situation where I have to find a good daycare. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I should be looking for in the caregiver/facility. I am leaning towards a home licensed daycare (smaller group, more one on one attention). But I worry about the caregivers ability to deal with the issues that can come up.

Most preschool that are licenced with children with special needs can apply for a special aid teacher , And they are trained in special needs and once you get your daughter diagnosed they would set a care plan for the child. My son that has autism went to fully licenced daycare with a special needs aid and a care plan set up for him
