We do. After 3 months the Start button stopped turning the unit on. We had to press and hold the button to get it to boot up. Eventually it stopped and we sent it in for repair. The company REFUSES to service the product because WE BROKE IT! Are you kidding me? A defective start button is our fault? Anyway, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you buy something other than an Acer product. Bad customer service!
