Anyone have any advice on scheduling naps? My son is 9 weeks old.

I was told to just let them sleep when they want to at that age. My daughter didn't really develop a nap schedule until she was probably around 4 months old. Maybe 3. And really, she doesn't nap at certain times, just 2 hours after she wakes up from her last nap. She is now 6.5 months old. I wouldn't worry about it. Eventually he'll settle into a routine.

Usually, you can't. They sleep when they need it. Trying to wake them/lay them down at certain times can disrupt everything. They can become quite vexed, scream themselves into a fit, and take even longer to wind down. If you are doing it for your sleep cycle and you are a stay at home mom, try sleeping when he does. I had great success by doing this with my daughter.

Some say they adjust it slowly by waking them up five minutes before they usually do (each nap/day), or putting them down five minutes earlier (each time). I did not try this so I cannot speak on it. Good luck!
