I am looking into homeschooling options and would like some feedback on how to earn income while staying home. I would like to start out with I am not interested in selling anything to anyone... If anyone has any suggestions aside from that please let me know. Thanks :)

Could you tutor from your home?

What about home daycare? Maybe just after school care for school aged kids, or overnight care for parents who work nights.

Do you have anything you could teach like piano lessons? You could do the training to teach kindermusik and run kindermusik classes from your house.

My husband has a cousin who bakes desserts for restaurants from home.

I also know people who do medical transcription, editing and freelance writing from home. A number of people around us also deliver flyers and community info door to door.

You would be better off asking this in the work from home communities as we don't allow solicitations here and a question like this just encourages them.
Really unless you start up your own business there aren't many work from home jobs that aren't selling anything.

It is hard to find something you can do from home without selling something. There are things out there, but no matter what business it is (selling something, entering something into a computer, telemarketing or making phone calls, or in home daycare, housecleaning, etc.) in order to make full time pay you have to put in the full time work you also have to allow several years to build up your business to get to that full time pay and work. There is no easy make an income at home without putting in the work to make that pay. If you are going to be homeschooling then you have to look at how much time that is going to take you in preparing the lessons, teaching the lessons, and for the first couple of years finding the right homeschooling curriculum. So you have to be honest with yourself as to how much time you will have for a job and how much realistically that will make you.

I already had to delete a post that was soliciting. People don't care what the rules are, they will post all about their business.

I decided to post in a community like this to avoid all the scams and solicitation. I figured that this would have more like minded individuals that could offer more realistic feedback :)

I have been thinking of maybe watching a couple little ones close to my daughters age this would also help with socialization skills, and she loves being with other children :) My older ones are 15 and 12 so there is a pretty big gap to 4.
