MOPS is a moms’ group that stands for “Mothers of Preschoolers” – but don’t let that confuse you! MOPS is for every mom of a child from conception through kindergarten. MOPS helps you connect with other mothers and develop meaningful relationships in an understanding environment.
What is a MOPS morning like?
While your children are taught in our Moppets program, you'll have a chance to meet other moms and have some quality "mom time" with friends. Our MOPS program is usually a mix of speakers, activities, crafts and games. Topics focus on the things new moms need the most– marriage, child-rearing, family fun, discipline, developmental needs, friendships, safety, and much more. We have breakfast each MOPS morning, followed by a devotion, prayer time and the activity of the day. You will be placed at a table with 7 other women and a mentor mom; the table will not change for the entire year.
