My son is almost 2 and takes his dipper off and smears poo all over.
Tried a cloth diaper, jammys on backwards but still manages to get them off. O and I'm trying to potty train my 3 year old.

I used this womans' layout to potty train my daughter. she's almost 2 and we are day trained (we did extend her steps b/c I wasn't comfortable with her success so short). we also used tons of m&ms for some time (1 for pee 2 for poo success). having 2 potentially training at the same time could really cause some friendly competition that could help you get them both trained :) who gets the m&m this potty break?! making it a party when they succeed definitely encourages continued success, my daughter loves getting high fives after using the potty. I switched her to panties (normal panties not padded or training pants or anything) and if she had an accident I would act really sad and tell her how bad it was to have wet/poopy panties and that we had to keep them dry. getting rid of the diapers completely during the day helped her realize waste doesn't go in the pants. I wish you luck in your endeavors and hope you find a solution that helps with both your childrens' pottying.

who says he's not smart enough to potty train? that sounds like an underestimation of your child's capabilities or a lack of you wanting to start teaching him to use the potty to me...
