My 25 yr. old son suffers from everything the other young men with the condition suffer from. He is in and out of school and going back in a few days to a tech school (they told him to take time off ), sometimes in trouble with the law due to hanging with wrong people, gets the brush off from other young people, is smart enough to do well in computers and English classes, no common sense, often side- tractd, sometimes disrespectful, very loud, stays awake most of the night, wants a girlfriend badly, cannot hang on to a single dime/dollar, I am working with a lawyer for a conservator-ship. My son agreed to it, however, he will not ever believe he has a disability....this is a big problem in so much as he gets angry whenever I ask him to "improve" on some things. What can my husband and I do to get him to recognize his situation? So many things are good while seriously lacking in other areas. Do we just keep on doing what we we are doing?
