My baby is 3 1/2 months and I nurse her to sleep. it takes about an hour or more to get her sleepy then after she finally fell asleep she is in very light sleep, easy to wake so I hold her for about 20-25 min until she is deep asleep and i put her down swadled. in about 15-20 min she wakes up and i have to put her back to sleep. Usually it takes me around 3 hours to have her asleep for good. Past two nights she woke up again after 30 min or so crying-(she never cried when wajing up before)..
This is very tiring and dont know what to do about it! Will not let baby cry it out though..
If you have a solution please share..Thanks

She may be having a growth spurt and needs to nurse more frequently. Especially in the evening when your milk is a bit depleted. If it takes a full hour to get her sleepy, maybe start your bedtime routine a little later, when she already is sleepy. Then keep her awake to nurse long enough to fill her belly by tapping her feet, rubbing her back and changing her diaper between sides.

Possibly because by allowing her to fall asleep while nursing, she isn't getting a full feed.

Try finishing your feed before you rock her to sleep
