I have an 11 year old step son that I am at wits end. First of all, he's in the beginning stages of going to a psychologist and being diagnosed with aspergers. We are new to this disability so its hard to get adjusted but there are some things he does that cannot be blamed on the disability...like bed wetting. It drives us crazy. We cut off his drinking at 6pm, make him go before he goes to bed, set n alarm but nothing is helping. We found out today that he's actually turning off his alarm and lying about it. As punishment, we make him strip his sheets and his wet clothes, take away video games, and make him do extra chores but nothing seems to get thru to him. My husband and I have lectures with him but it tends to be obsolete when its the same thing over and over again. Help!!
