I have battling speech therapists. Ok that's a little dramatic. Does anyone know which app is better, Proloquo2go or Lamp? I've been using them both but I can't decide which is better for my 4 year old son. Anyone have any thoughts?

Based on the two first responses I think I was a little unclear. I am not doing my own speech therapy with my son. He has speech therapy in school and we've hired a private speech therapist as well. One wants to use proloquo2go and one wants to use Lamp. I've been trying to decide which app is better and I just wanted some input. Thanks

Ditto Little Miss. Stick to one therapist or have them work together to agree on your son's care. Otherwise he'll just get confused and the situation will take longer to improve.

I would try to stick with one speach therapist. Or have them communicate with eachother. What I would fear will happen, they will cancel out what eachother are trying to accomplish. One person doing the therapy is the best idea IMO.

I think soley doing speech therapy on your own without a professionals help, is going to be doing your son more of a dis justice than anything.

I think actually going to a speech therapist is your best bet. They are trained professionals that know how to work with children on speech impediments, delays and sounds. Doing it your own, I am sure you will not see the results you want. If you are going to a therapist, ask them which program coincides with their techniques.
