Hi everyone! This is my first post..my son is going to be one very soon and he has achieved almost all of his milestones till nw on time, started crawling at 8 months, walking by 11, babbling since 6 months, he is very social, loves to interact with other people and kids e.g when we travel on bus or train he wuld constantly look at other people and expect them to respond, he has good eye contact but there are few things that have been worrying me like he has started banging his head on walls or tables lately, he flaps his arms all the time, stares at his hands, doesnt say any words but babbles all the time, he does stroll his walk along walker a lot but since few days he just inverts it and plays with the wheels, he plays with his toys but doesnt bring them to me but sometimes he wuld bring some object like remote or tv and bang on my hands and take it back, he responds to his name sometimes but other timea when he is occupied with something he wont, he takes his head back and arches his back very often and screams a lot...i have an appt with the health visitor in next few days but i am extremely worried, the thought of my son being autistic is killing me, i cant sleep and am thinking about it all the time. His first birthday is coming up n i was so excited doing all the preps but now i just cant focus..i would really appreciate ur opnions/experiences on this..thnx for reading the long post and TIA for ur comments.
