Babies stomach not filling?

I've had two ultrasounds done, and both times the baby looks great except that her stomach is not filling on them. But she is filling and emptying her bladder. Any other moms that this has happened too, im concerned even though DH told me not be because it seems illlogical that her bladder is working yet not her stomach. Any input on this would be great, as im freaking out..

Is this your observation or the doctor's? It makes sense that the baby's stomach doesn't completely fill each time in your womb- there's no need, since she gets continuous nutrition via the placenta- so it would only appear that there is a little being digested at any given time. When she is born, her stomach will want to be filled since she will only be eating ever two hours. Does that help? :D

Stop freaking out. If there was a problem then the doctors would inform you of it and then discuss treatment. If they are not worried there is no reason for you to be! Chill out everything is fine.
