Hi everyone,
My 9 month old baby girl is 76cm tall and weighs 11kgs. Is this normal? I am visiting my in laws in France and every single person including strangers comment "Elle super grande Bebe" when they find out she's only 9 months old. Anyone else have a "big" baby? (But then again what's the definition of big or normal)

Thanks Sarah!
Loved the "soaking her feet in fertilizer"!!
She was actually born on the medium range but since 2 months old she's been getting bigger. It's thankfully a steady pace, so I've been told. But I have an appointment with her pd when We're back in Dubai.
Thanks for the chart!!!
Kisses from my baby girl

Was she a big baby at birth? Has her weight and height continued to increase at a steady pace? Some kids are just big. If the curve on her growth chart is a steady increase and the doctor is not concerned, then I'd not worry. According the the growth chart that is used in the US she is just above the 100%, just barely for both height and weight. I will include the link to the chart at the bottom. What is most important about baby size is that it is a steady increase in both height and weight. There is no "normal" your baby is normal, she is just as big or bigger than most babies her age. Your child is perfect, healthy and robust. If people comment, either brush it off or say something like "yes, at night we soak her feet in fertilizer" Congrats and enjoy your girl!
