He is learning to test his boundaries. You just need to stay firm when you decide no on something. This is going to happen for the rest of his life. You can redirect him to other activities or other things so he gets the idea that what is okay and not okay is what you decide as mom. As he gets older, you can try time out but that is something you have to be consistent with...don't keep telling the child to stop or else and then not follow through. That does not work and it will keep the kids running all over you.
