Baby Boy Names

i have one son named after his father already, Kilton jr. and I am pregnant with our second son and he wants to name him Kilton the III, which i don't like, so I need baby boy names that began with the letter K. I have a couple, such as Kiandre, and Kimon pronounced Key-mon. Help please.

You might want to remind him that titles like Jr and III are generational, and by that I mean your son's son would rightfully be the III, not your next child. Have you gone online and looked at baby naming sites to find something you like? You might try looking for something that expresses a meaning (what the name means and how that relates to this child) rather than simply looking for more names that begin with the same letter--my youngest has his name because it means "gift of God", in part. Find some names you like because of how they sound and what they mean and then sit down for a discussion on it.

I agree with NOT naming every son in the family the same thing. They used to do that in the 1800's for the sole purpose of making sure the name carries on when one of them dies; it's no longer necessary for that purpose. It only makes things very confusing with you as a parent, medical records, school, their friends, and later with work.

I like the name Kier (Key-air). We have a lot of girls with K in our family, but not so many boys. Kyle (certainly less unique but cute).
