My baby boy is now 18 months old but still not really talking. Any advice? What should I do?

By not talking what are you meaning?
Do mean simple words like "mama" or "dadda" or are you meaning something that makes sense?
You need to give us a bit more so we can give better advice.

Is your baby making sounds that are communicative…..i.e. communicating
without actual words when he wants something, or responds to something.
That is what is important, that he is relating to you and attempting
communication in some way.
Actual word communication can begin later…..closer to two years old, or even
beyond that.
The important thing at 18 months is the interactive quality and attempt to
communicate even if not actual words.
There is a broad range of times children begin to use words, some quite early,
but not to worry at 18 months.

18 months is a little late to not say a word... Does he try, and you can't understand everything he says or not a sound?
