Baby Daddy

I need advice ASAP. I have a three month old beautiful baby boy and the father to my child has done nothing to support him. No diapers, formula, nothing. He is calling me repeatedly because I'm not allowing him to see Eko(my child). Threats have been made to take my child away from me so I am unable to work. He has been served with custody and child support papers but this process is taking forever. HELP PLEASE

Ok, at least you are filing for child support. Really, until that goes through, there is little you can do to enforce him to help you out.

HOWEVER, you don't really have the right to stop him from seeing the baby. Child support and visitation are two separate issues, and he has as much right to develop a relationship with him as you do. Additionally, your SON has a right to get to know his father. Now, admittedly, until the custody orders go through you don't *have* to do anything, but it won't look good for you if you are denying access. So I would recommend that you make arrangements with him for some visits, even if supervised until such time as there are court orders in place.
