Baby Doesn

My Baby is 14 months old and doesn't walk yet, she cruises, pulls to stand, crawls very fast, but when it comes to walk alone she rather crawl. I bought a little stroller for her to push and she does for a little but then goes back to crawl. I spend a lot of time practicing and I let her do her crawling because I don't want to push her. Any ideas Mom's? Do I need to worry? I apreciate every comment.

Stop worrying, my kids were 14 months and 16 months before they attempted to walk alone. Your little one is getting ready but she'll do it when the time is right for her.

sounds like she's just taking her time she knows how to do it she just doesn't want to yet if she wasn't pulling up and cruising I'd say yes you should worry at this point but since she's even using a walking aid just wait it out one day she'll take off running and you'll miss the days when she was happy to stay close!

my daughter didnt walk on her own til 15 mnths. she would pull herself up using furniture and things and cruise around it and would walk holding both my hands. then one day she started trying on her own after a week or 2 was doing pretty well. now at 20 mnths she walks just fine and is trying to run now. i didnt mind that my daughter was a "late" walker cuz it meant i didnt have to chase her! lol she actually didnt even try standing on her own until she tried walking on her own. she got sick of crawling to a table or the couch to stand up so she could walk. i think ur baby is right on track

My son started walking right around 14 months. He just preferred crawling because it was faster. Once your daughter realizes that it will be faster to walk, she'll pick walking. With my son, the thing that switched him over, was he wanted to carry a lot of toys where ever he went, and he couldn't drag them very well! haha So he started to walk so he could use his hands as hands!

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Sounds like she is on the right track. My third child didn't start walking until 14 months. He could crawl faster and was in too much of a hurry to learn to walk. Funny part about that is all he does now is run and he's 9. Always in a hurry, always wanting to be faster than everyone else.

Crawling stimulates the brain. I bet your little girl will be a great reader! No worries.

My friends boy didn't start walking until 18 months. As long as there's not a physical problem (her doctor would have mentioned it if he saw any issues), then she's probably just taking her time and will walk when she's ready!
