At 6 months, food is for texture and taste introduction, nothing more. It's for 'fun' if you will.
At 6 months, baby should still be getting the majority of their nutrients from breast milk or formula.
Also, asking the same question multiple times within minutes of each other doesn't mean you're going to get answered any more quickly...it just means that you took up most of the welcome page with the same question, over, and over, and over, and over...
