My toddler has some small bumps around his mouth and looks like it's spreading . He slobs a lot and his face stays wet . Could this be the culprit ? If so does anyone know any fixes?

It very well could be the culprit. Ensuring that you wipe the slobber up of their mouth and face can help reduce wetness, but there are so many things that could cause small bumps around the mouth that it could be the case of trial and error to deduce what the culprit is. It could be something minor like simple wetness, or it cold be exzama, a fungal infection, could be caused by teething, etc.. Try keeping your toddlers mouth area dry, or try putting some A and D ointment or such around the mouth area so that it creates a barrier over the skin and stops the drool from irritating. I would also recommend discussing your concerns with your toddlers doctor on the next visit, or just give them a call and see what they say.
