What do your current court orders say? If you have supervised visitations it should specify whether or not she is the one to supervise them or if you can have a court appointed supervisor or a neutral 3rd party.

Dove is right. If your court orders are for supervised visitation, then it should say who is allowed to supervise. If you don't have court orders, or they don't specify a supervisor, or you want them changed, then you have to go to court and have the judge rule on what is in the best interest of the child.

She insists on being there when I go see my daughter on visitation. Does she have to be the one to supervise my visitation?
