My baby boy will be 7months in Friday and he's not sitting up by himself or crawling even tho he's very active and has 6teeth as we speak should I be worried

No, you should not be worried. It is normal for a child not to sit on own even if they do crawl at 7 months of age. My son was a larger baby and did not sit on his own until he was closer to 8 months of age. He was crawling and by 9 months he was walking around tables holding on with hands. Your child sounds like he is doing well as it is. Just give it time and work with him. When he is on your lap, hold him but allow him to support more of his weight. When on the floor, set him in sitting position and use your hands to hold him and let him also support more of his weight.
