It often takes longer to feel movement, and then to feel real kicking, in your first pregnancy. Is this your first? Some women feel nothing before 24 or 25 weeks.
Also, placenta on the front can reduce the amount of movement you feel. I've had ultrasound techs note a particularly brutal kick and comment that "I must have felt that one!" but I'd felt nothing because of the placenta.
