Maybe I'm just paranoid but I thought I would ask other moms anyway... Let me let you in on what's going on before the question... I am currently 37 weeks pregnant with my third baby. I have been having contractions for four weeks tomorrow. The doctor put me on meds to stop the contractions, but they didn't work, all they did was stop me from dialating. Ever since I have been having contractions, I have been having to go into the doctor every few days to have contractions and baby's heart rate monitered. Last time I went to the doctor was Thursday, they told me to quit taking the meds, I was dialated a fingertip, I was completely thinned out, and still having contractions and the baby looked good. Last night after I got through eating dinner the baby started moving more and harder than he ever has for about thirty minutes then stopped.. He didn't move again last night that I know of and today he is not moving very much at all and when he does it is very light movement. Is it normal for him to do that?
EDIT: They have also told me that he has been locked into birth position for the last four weeks. Could his movement changes be meaning that it is getting closer to time to have him?
