Baby not taking breast milk

I am worried that my is not taking my breast milk. Intially 2 days Doctor advised to give pocket milk. But now he is not taking my breast milk.
I am also feeling reduction in breast milk.
Pleasrsuggest, what to do?

How old is your baby. I don't know what pocket milk is but if you started a bottle or other form of supplementing, you baby will find that sort of feeding easier and may develop nipple confusion. if you want to breastfeed exclusively, then you have got to try to not introduce other feeding method unless absolutely needed.

If he's just not latching on to the nipple, you can use a pump to express the milk and give it to him in a bottle. That will keep your supply up and he will still get breast milk. If your supply doesn't come back, or it's not enough to feed him, then you may need to use formula.
