I'm taking my 2month old from Chicago to Denver and was wondering if anyone has any advice or tips when it come to the plane ride. She is only breastfed and hates pacifiers. I'm very nervous.

A 24hour trip with changing plane twice getting the luggage, checking in, waiting for the stroller, running to the next gate etc and carrying a baby is maybe abit more stressy than a 3hour flight:-) but it really went well. I was also worried about the ears but i gave him the bottle and it was no problem. So try relax,it will be ok;-)

I believe the flight is almost 3 hours. Lol but hearing you and your 24hr flight is helping me be more positive. My biggest worry is her ears popping and being in pain. But you are right Gena I need to relax. Lol.

Relax, you must relax :-) how long is the flight? I was extremely nervous to fly a 24hour flight with my baby and it wasnt good that i was nervous. My son behaved so well and slept most of the time. Breastfeed her during takeoff and landing it helps the babies ears.Pack some spare diapers wipes and clothes and take a blanky with for when it gets cold in the plane. The staff on planes are usualy very friendly with babies and kids and even if she cries a little dont worry,we were all kids at some time and lots of people have understanding for that. Good luck and safe trip.
