I just had an ultrasound at 26 weeks and the results came back that my baby's femur and humerus bones were shorter- 10% percentile. I am so confused by what this even means, and it didn't help that the NP couldn't seem to break anything down for me- except repeating that we will have another ultrasound in about 2 weeks to see the growth since we didn't have any previous growth charts to compare to? Since I am 32, they have already did a chromosome ( and down syndrome) test which came back negative. I am so distraught because I have no idea what this means- I am 5ft and only weighed 118lbs when I found out I am pregnant and have smaller women in my family (on both sides) but my husband is almost 6ft. I was told not to google anything because it will just cause more worry, but I am freaking out! I do smoke, which I know can contribute to low birth weight, which I am working on (yet, after smoking for 5+yrs is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT and have been on xanax for almost 2 years for severe panic attacks and social anxiety) but with this scary news it is even more scary and driving me to the brink on anxiety attacks daily...HELP before I literally drive myself nuts! (even moreso than I already am lol)

We honestly don't know either.
It could just mean you will have a small baby. The only advice I can give you is to try and stop stressing about it, that won't help baby. You'll have to wait until the next ultrasound so they can see if baby is still growing.
