I'm interested in hearing when your babies met certain milestones. I am receiving a lot of pressure from developmental specialists and i know that everyone's children can learn at very different times. When did your little one start army crawling, crawling, standing, walking, talking, etc??

It doesn't sound like anything to be too worried about. There also isn't anything wrong w/ getting an evaluation done and having her qualify for therapy assistance either though. It may be completely unnecessary, but it also won't HURT anything. You can certainly take a wait and see approach for another couple of months... or seek another doctor's opinion as well. ♥

She has only sat for 7 minutes on her own or will sit if leaning on something. She army crawls and is very fast but chest is not fully off of ground. She stands and holds herself up but does not get into the standing position on her own. Bc of these they specialist said she's behind but I've had friends who's children have and have not done these things at this age so I don't know what's appropriate

Dang... I hit the duplicate post.

Since the age is mentioned in this post I have to agree w/ the question of what kind of pressure are you receiving from the specialists?

What pressure are you receiving from the specialists? Is your baby sitting on his or her own?
