Just heard about this tea a lot on different forums. My baby is now 4 weeks old and is super gassy. I have tried gas drops, massage, gripe water, no luck. Did anyone use this stuff and any luck? Desperate mom.

Jessica--the baby is barely over a month old. Children should receive only breast milk or formula for the first year mostly and food after 6 months to start learning to eat and get a taste of foods. Teas and suppliments should not be used unless a doc says to do so.

No harm with this tea. Don't be confused with the name tea. It's an infant supplement made with fennel seeds and cumin. Both are used in almost all gas, colic drops and other remedies for infants. I've used the fennel tea for both my kids and got then settled with no side effects.

I would never give any kind of tea to an infant. If the gas drops are not doing any good talk to the doctor about the situation. Giving a 4 week old anything other than breast milk or infant approved formula can be extremely dangerous.

I would not be giving a 4 wk old any kind of tea. Not good on their digestive system.
