The nappy sniffy one:
Give each person a pen and paper. Melt 4/5 chocolate bars into clean nappies and pass them round the circle so each person can guess what chocolate bar they used to be. They have to sniff and taste to guess, lol!
Buy some small plastic trinkets like dummies or baby themed ones. Fill an ice cube tray and put a trinket in each. When the guests come put one in their drink, the person who's waters break first (ice cube fully melts) wins.
The ribbon game:
Hand a ribbon to each guest. Make a few naughty words like "Baby", "Dummy", "Bottle" that they aren't allowed to say. When someone hears them say it they take 1 ribbon from them. The person with the most ribbons at the end of the night wins.
Get a small book and let people guess the weight of your baby. Make them pay a dollar/pound to play. The person that guesses the closest wins the kitty.
Have fun xx

It's not so much a game as an activity, but a fun (and useful) idea is for each guest to bring a baby singlet all in different sizes and decorate the singlet with fabric paint. It's fun and then the baby can wear the singlet later.

The most popular one I've done is a quiz about the mom-to-be as a baby. What was her first word, how many months when she walked, what was her birth weight, etc. Then get the correct answers (either from her or her mom) and here is the fun part... Have the guests answer the multiple choice quiz on what they think DAD-to-be will say the correct answer is. They don't get points for getting the correct answer, they get points for matching Dad's answer. You can have him join the shower just for that part, or make a video of him answering them (I've done both). Even mom-to-be can play since she won't know what he is going to say. Dad's answers end up being pretty funny. And making it multiple choice takes the stress out of it. Have fun!

I have been to 2 baby showers and they both played the same game. You get some cheap brand diapers and put some different flavours of jar food, melted chocolate bar etc...inside them to look like poo...then peple have to go round and smell each one and write down what they think it is, the person with the most right answers wins a small prize, sounds gross i know but it was great fun.

I like the melted chocolate in the baby diapers one "Dirty Diapers", the little tiny baby dolls in the ice cubes "Breaking Water", "How big is Mommy" where everyone chooses how much ribbon it would take to go around mommys belly, whoevers closets wins!, and "baby bingo". You can always try googling it to!

Baby Shower Bingo. Played it many years ago at mine. Guests given blank cards in which they fill in the boxes with items they think the Mommy to be will receive such as diapers, bibs, etc. one item in each box middle box a free be first guest to get 5 in a row yells bingo!

At one baby shower I went to we did the safety pin where you cant say the word baby or you have to give up your pin. Whoever has the most pins at the end of the shower wins.
They also had about 10 jars of baby food with all labels taken off and we had to write down what we thought each jar was
There was one where each person got a paper plate and they had to put it on their head and draw the baby. The mommy to be picks the best baby without knowing who drew what.
There is the tray of baby stuff where you where you have things like pacifier, bibs, burp clothes, baby hanger, lotion, diaper rash cream, baby washcloth, baby bottle, bottle brush etc. You give everyone 10-15 sec to look at all the stuff then they have to see how many they can remember by writing them down. Mommy to be wins all the stuff on the tray.
How big is mommy - a cheap way is to get a couple rolls of toilet paper and let everyone pull off how much they think they will need to go around the mommys belly. Whoever is closest wins.
Hope these help have fun!!!

I like to give the last one at the party a gift on how to tell time or clock wrap in a cute package or pretty bag they think they something special!! For games you can also get a bag of cotton balls and put in a bowl get a big spoon blind fold players they can play as a team where one person plays for the who team and if that team wins the whole team win something the object is to see how many you can get in the bowl and since the cotton balls are so light they will think there puting a whole lot in the bowl!! so the team with most cottonballs wins the game!!

My favorite is the toilet paper game. You have everyone guess the size of the mommies belly with toilet paper then she goes around and everyone wraps theirs around to see who guessed closest. It's fun cus some people are WAY off.

So many ideas... is the shower mixed or girls only?
the diaper game: buy 5 different sorts of chocolate bars and put each one in a diaper. Microwave for 30-60 seconds. Put a number on each diaper and have the ladies guess the chocolate bars (buy one extra chocolate bar for the prize)
Make a compilation of different songs with the word "baby". Play a part of the song and have people guess. Points granted for title and for artist.
People can form teams or play alone. Give them 1 minute to come up with song titles with "baby" in them.
It may be a little late to have your guests provide baby pics, but you could print up some celebrity baby pics and have people guess who it is.
Words of Wisdom:
If there are lots of moms in the group, have them write words of wisdom on a piece of paper. Make it into a little booklet along with some pictures from the shower or pictures of your friends and their babies.
