Welcome to parenthood! The best advice is to take a day at a time. Don't listen to anyone regarding giving your baby medications. She is only a month old. As far as your tooth ache, just take some Tylenol and drink some coffee cause it will be a bumpy ride.

For such a young baby, no medication is safe. Use the humidifier, but leave the Vicks out. If she is so stuffy that she cannot nurse or take the bottle, you can try to clear her nose. Put a drop or two of saline (you can also use breast milk, which sounds weird but really works) in her nostrils and then GENTLY suck it out and with a nasal aspirator. Be gentle, the more you fuss at her nose, the stuffier it can become. have her sleep at an incline, like in her swing or bouncy seat. Gravity will help the mucus drain. Take her to the doctor if you can for more ideas.
If she has a fever higher than 101, is super irritable or is lethargic and won't arouse for you to feed her at all, call you doctor at home.

For the tooth, go see your dentist. For the baby take her to the doctor and see what they reccomend for things to do for her. The humidifier might be okay. But make sure first.
