little miss is 100% right, undress your baby and just leave the diaper, cool rags, popsicles, lots of cool liquids, damp washrag and wipe is on the head, neck, chest, back, arm pits.... get the temperature down.... make sure that you are giving the right amount of ibuprofen.... i just recently found out i was giving the wrong amount of ibuprofen... since their weight was different i had to give them more than i was....

That really is not that bad. You can call your pediatrician and ask if it is ok to alternate between tylenol and ibuprofen every 3-4 hours. You can give a cool bath, or have your baby down to the diaper. Also you can feed them popsicles to help cool them down quicker. Take a cool wash cloth and leave it on the forehead or the back of the neck, or gently rub it across their chest. It will feel really cool to them, and they may not like it though. My kids hate the cool wash cloth, but it is worth a try to get the temp down.
