My daughter is 6 months old now and her weight is 6.4 I think it's very less as compared to other babies. What should i do to increase her body weight she is on BF and formula.

Dove is right, as long she is healthy, developing and content. No worries. General rule of thumb for weight gain is to double the birth weight around 6 months and triple it at one year.

There is nothing wrong w/ that weight. As long as she is growing, meeting milestones, and staying hydrated... she is fine. Babies come in all shapes and sizes. I did the conversion and your child is about 14 pounds and some ounces. I do not remember my children's weights at 6 months, but I do remember their weights at 2 months. I had one that was just barely under 13 pounds... and two that were only 8 pounds something ounces each. All three perfectly healthy and thriving. Those tiny babies... are now very strong, healthy, average sized teenagers and my heavier baby... while strong and healthy... is quite short and light for his age. :)

Nothing unless your doc is concerned. Then he will tell you what to do.
