Baby weight blues... :(

I have a 14 month old daughter and I didn't loose much of the baby weight after I had her and now I'm pregnant again, what can I do to not gain more weight, or if its possible maybe loose weight while pregnant, and still make sure the new baby is getting everything it needs??? Any ideas, opinions, or what ever would help alot..

Hi Tracy, the best advice that I was ever given relating to weight loss is to do something ... just don't get overwhelmed and not do anything. Go for a walk, do some lunges in the kitchen ... find something that works. If you can afford it, find a gym that specialises in pregnancy fitness and has good childcare facilities. Your little one will love it and you will be doing something for yourself :) you are worth it!
