My 6 year old has an imaginary dad he says is real because he had another imaginary dad he got rid of the problem his this dad says we are bad that we do things wrong like punishing him for getting suspended from kindergarten for example or not allowing him things he wants like he wants me to sleep in his room because his "dad" said kids are supposed to sleep in the room with their parrents till they are 18 his "dad" also says we do things wrong that don't relate to him such as fixing things or fishing we are at our white end and don't know what to do

My daughter's father lives in a different state and she doesn't have contact with him often. It's made me wonder how much of her behavior is related to him being distant. I found a couple of articles from Focus on the Family that have helped me. The first is about explaining the absence of a father: http://bit.ly/2ae1KPX
Here is a series of articles I've used to come up with creative ways to discipline her: http://bit.ly/1XcIqXT
I hope you will find these as helpful as well! :)

He doesn't know his dad really he saw him a few times when he was 3 but that's it. We ground him it seems to be the only punishment that has an effect.

I think that it is normal for children to use their imagination in this way. My daughter has an imaginary brother who she often uses in a similar fashion, like challenging what I've asked her to do. What is your son's relationship like with his dad? What kind of discipline do you typically use, for instance when he was suspended?
