The most important thing is that they get enough sleep (around 10-11 hours for that age. So if they have to go to school in the morning, figure their wake-up time and work backwards. If you have the flexibility in the morning, then work out what works for you - i.e. get them to bed at a time when you will have some downtime before getting yourself to be at a decent hour.
