I have five and seven year old boys still bed wetting. I put nappies on them every night and if the nappy is dry they get a bit of money in the moring. We also lift them before we go to bed. Any tips or advice? Any recOmmended bed wetting detecting machines recommended ?

Bedwetting is very common even up to the ages of 10-12 years of age. Sometimes they don't stop until puberty hits.

If they are heavy sleepers I don't think any detecting machines will do much. I would keep with the night time nappies and they will eventually grow out of it.

Bedwetting in these cases is almost always due to undiagnosed constipation - see the slate.com article "the real reason your kid wets the bed"

Have them pee twice before bed and stop drinking liquids a few hours before bedtime. (they can drink as much as they want during the day) You can also try using a bedwetting alarm. The Malem alarms are the most popular. They train the child to feel the sensation of a full bladder and to wake up when they need to go.
