I posted a little little while ago. lol Katherine, if you think you have sleep apnea, you really really really need to get tested. It could cause some serious issues with your heart, because it is working over time trying to get your oxygen level up when you aren't breathing. Please, Please get tested.

You could have sleep apnea. It's when you stop breathing in your sleep a lot and lose oxygen. It keeps you from staying awake during the day. Or it could be chronic fatigue syndrome. You don't drink caffeine late at night do you?
I have been there.
I believe I have sleep apnea, just never got tested for it. Most snorers get it.

I've been exhausted lately, but I found out a couple weeks ago that I have mono. Before then, I had major sleeping issues also. I found out I have sleep apnea, which means I stop breathing occasionally in my sleep. My doc ordered a CPAP machine, but I haven't been able to find out if it has helped any, because of the mono. : ( Any way, I also have 4 kids, and I found myself not being able to sleep much at night either. I think in a way, it was my brain realizing that it was my only time to be alone with noone constantly begging for something. I've always been kind of a loner, and since I've became a stay at home mom, I don't get anytime to myself, unless everyone is in bed. There's so many things that it could be. Hope you get into that new doc soon, and he/she can help you out.
