If you want to make your own baby food, look up super baby foods by Ruth Yaron. I made all my first kids food and it was organic. Start with avocado, and puree it in the blender with a little breast milk or water. Avocado is extremely easy for them to digest as a first food and comes highly recomended. Also, sweet potatoes, and bananas. Any time you introduce a new food, wait 3-5 days before given a different food so you can watch for allergies. Good luck.
