Being told the wrong sex during an ultrasound

Hey moms i had my dating ultrasound done at 19 weeks 5 days n i was told im having a girl but EVERYWHERE i go everyone tells me it looks like a boy im carrying its my first pregnency n i dont know what to think anymore im have a name picked out for a girl baby n cute clothes :( i dont mind having a boy jus wish this ultrasound stuff was accurate cuz i have a little baby girl stuck in my head. Well lets see what happnds im 31 weeks n 1 day today! Excited n nervous at the same time

Ultrasounds are not 100% accurate. Looking at the way you are carrying is not an accurate indication of gender either.

Well, since NOTHING is ever guaranteed, you need to take anything that a technician tells you regarding the 'guaranteed' sex of your child with a grain of salt.

Sorry, honey, no one will be able to GUARANTEE that you're having one or the other. Your best bet is to prepare with unisex items, and just pray for a healthy baby.
