What she said. Try planing your meals ahead of time so you never have to be hungry and look for food at the same time, and you never have to ask, 'what am I having for dinner'?
Eat protein as big as your palm, a complex carb you can hold in the cup of your hand, and as many veggies as you want (limit dressing though). DON"T cut carbs, just have complex carbs Whole grains and wheats are important parts of your diet. Health is more important than a number.
