How to encourage your children to make better food choices. Incorporating their diet with a lot of fruits and vegetables and staying away from plenty sweets.

This is to help our children grow strong and healthy. What do you think can be done to help keep your child away from the variety of junk foods out there? Tell me your strategies of mixing your child's diet.

They eat what I eat. They don't get to 'opt out'.

Teaching kids healthy habits is simple, as long as you are practicing what you preach.

If you don't offer sweets, kids don't eat them. If you offer (and consume) fruits, etc, as your normal means of nutrition, you won't have to worry.
