I can understand your worry about a large baby but mine was not that big at 6 months. HIs weight at 8 months was about 24 pounds and he was a lot of fluff. He had a hard time sitting up on his own and even crawling. He was hard to carry and so on. But as he got older and with going to a sitter seeing the other babies moving around he soon pulled up around the table and walked around it still large as he was. By a year of age he was 33.5 inches tall and 30 pounds. By age 2 he was 37 inches tall and 40 pounds. He was a solid child though and was only 8 pounds at birth. I would also get a second opinion. If he is this large as a 6 month old then its possible to cause him some sort of issues.

That's a big boy, hopefully with activity he will slow his growth a bit. I have heard of one family that used this jumper, it fits up to 40lbs, but you have to be able to anchor it properly so look at the instructions carefully before you invest.

I don't know about 32 pounds at 6 months, but I knew a kid that was 40 pounds at a year. Totally healthy... just VERY solid.

Weight and height are not necessarily connected. Unless his height is as tall as a 2+ year old he may not be tall just big. With being 32 pounds at 6 months that would be a concern as development to be able to sit and walk this might be too heavy for him to meet these developmental milestones. I would ask some more questions and maybe get a second opinion. A normal 3 yr old is 36 pounds. Most babies double their weight from 6 months to 12 months then they slow down their weight gain after 12 months. So for your child to be 32 pounds at 6 months with the projection of being 64 pounds by 12 months that is very concerning. A normal 12 month old is between 20 to 25 pounds no matter the height.

They say he's healthy lol he's just gonna be tall like mom and dad. He even has a pretty small waste haha. But I guess I'm just going to skip that toy..

I don't think you will find any. 32 pounds is quite concerning as this is a size of a 2 + year old. I would talk to your doc on his weight and have thyroid checked.
