Big Tummy

I've always had an enviable flat tummy..even after having my baby. Now I'm noticing my tummy getting bigger and my whole waistline..At the risk of sounding vain, I really need help. Do sit ups actually work?

I don't think sit ups alone actually work. I think a good balance between cardio, light weights for muscle toning, core work and diet all play a factor, as do your own generics and body make up.

Unfortunately one of the downsides of having kids is that your body shape is likely to change, and it's so much harder to get back in shape afterwards.

I have worked my butt off 5 days a week in the gym and I still have baby belly that I can't shift, although I have lost a dress size so I am smaller than I have ever been, and have great arms legs and bum, the belly wont go
