Biological mother

I don't even understand why the bio mother just think she'll get her kids back easily when she didn't follow court orders. She didn't show up for appointments and didn't show up for every visitations. She was supposed to attend once a week visitation but she only went once a month instead then she didn't go for past three months. When she show up, she don't communicate with the kids, she just sit there and watch then leave. She keep telling the kids lies that she has a lot of money even though she couldn't get a place to live and had to live with her boyfriend's mother. Its hard seeing her putting a huge smile on her face and not worrying about anything. I feel like she don't deserve the kids back. Is there chances that she could get the them back??

Based on what you've said here, it doesn't sound that likely but judges are unpredictable. Who are the kids living with now? If they are in foster care, she may have a better chance of getting them back. The "system" likes to look like it's working. Remove the kids, give the parents a chance to get their/his/her act together and then reunify the family. Some courts are more strict than others. It can definitely be a very frustrating process!!

If you have documented proof that she hasn't followed the court orders then she doesn't have a big chance of getting them back but you would be best to talk it over with a lawyer.
