Hi I am a mom of three kids who have all been diagnosed with ADHD. I have just been diagnosed this past year with bipolar disorder. It has been a extreme roller coaster ride with all the ups and downs I have been trying to stabilize, then having three kids who can be challenging at times I feel like I am an awful mom because sometimes I just blow up because I am so irritable. I also am trying too get a hold of all of this and then have to deal with my longterm disability case manager trying to push me back to work when I don't have my roller coaster under control yet let alone my family. I sure couldn't try to function with any focus on my job. I am also having heart issues that have been diagnosed I am so flustered anyone have any advice.

Hi Colleen ,
I'm happy to know you have the support of your spouse.
What medication are you proscribed by your mental health provider, if don't mind me asking?

I have been where you are, and I know it's a miserable feeling.
Can you just take a walk by your self? Take only a teaspoon of vinegar whichever you have and a glass of water or lemonade no sugar honey if have it. Drink this Colleen with out sweetness is okay. Twenty minutes or however long Colleen, needs to park her brain and rest her heart.

Email your medication if you like to patbluebf@live.com

I have given the information to my psychiatrist being that I am in Canada and currently it is private LTD company I am having trouble finding out if there is any info on harassment issues which I can call them on. Canada does have a huge harassment law in our human rights act. Currently to not have to deal with her I have informed her she is to talk only to my husband. This has eleviated some of the stress. What I want to concentrate on is getting well without being sent spiralling into a depression or triggered into a manic phase. However with all the new diagnostic test for my heart and trying to just be a good mom and the stress of worrying any time the phone rings I know I am on the edge. If I am not already rapid cycling which feels like it is what is going on. As I am new to figuring all this out I sometimes feel so overwhelmed.
Thanks to both of you for the info on diets and dietary supplements that can help with mental health and ADHD.

Hello Colleen,
Put that in writing, that your case worker is causing you this. Do not mail take that letter in person to the Social Security office.
She should not be harassing you. Read the SS booklet, I can't remember which one however read until you find that information.
Colleen also read the March 2015 Prevention Magazine on treating emotional illnesses with yogurt and other fresh foods.

I hope that you find that information Okay.

Hi Katherine
Thank you for that information. I recently read in the 03/2015 Prevention Magazine an informative article on natural foods and yogurt can be used to treat all of our health and mental problems.

If you can read that article Okay. Tell what you think.

Hello Super Person,

What that means is that we have a lot on our shoulders and on our minds 365 days a year. No slowing down or rest like our normal adult peers from our up and down emotions. The (disability case worker), is not the person whom you should be talking to. Who diagnosed you as Bipolar? Do you get Bipolar medical and pH treatment?
Do you have weekly visits or monthly with a Liscened Professional Counseling Service.
I have a 9 year old son, just one child that is Autistic and ADHD, your cup is running over.

Yes I too have heart problems, every time we have a bipolar melt down, we are at danger of heart failure or a seizure. I really want you to get the right help for yourself soon.

Let the right people speak for you as to if you can return to any type of emploment , more than likely you are not.
